7. How do you reach a design for a cake / cupcakes?
We will work with you to get exactly what you want. We can do many coloured toppings ranging from sprinkles to a hand crafted decoration or piping. We take inspiration from magazines, images online and any theme ideas you wish to incorporate. We can send sketches throughout the design process if required. We can do most of this via email, telephone, or meet you for a consultation if you wish.

8. What is the minimum cupcake order?
The minimum order is one celebration cake or a box of 12 cupcakes or 24 mini cupcakes, unless we are running a smaller box seasonal promotion (details of these will be posted online). It may be possible to do less if we have availability, please do contact us to discuss your requirements.

9. Do your cakes, bakes and treats contain nuts?
Although a given recipe may not contain nuts, our cakes, bakes and treats are made in a kitchen where nuts and other allergens are used so they may contain traces of nuts or other allergens.

10. What ingredients do you use?
All of our cakes, bakes and treats are made fresh to order. We use free range eggs, real butter for our buttercream and nielsen-massey flavourings where possible.

11. How long will my cake last once delivered?
Because of our ingredients and preparation methods, the cake can stay fresh for up to 10 days after delivery, if it is stored properly. This is because the sugarpaste icing helps create a natural barrier from the air that causes cakes to go stale. The cake should be stored in the box provided in a cool, dark place. Do not store your cake in the fridge as it may cause condensation on the icing and any fondant decorations may spoil.

12. Is your business insured?
Yes we have a current public liability insurance cover policy.

13. Are you registered with Tunbridge Wells Borough Council?
Yes, the kitchen was awarded a level 5 (Very Good) Food Hygiene Rating by TWBC on their most recent visit.
